“Luxera Health Concierge” and “Luxera” are service and brand names used by Flytohealth Kft. They are not separate legal entities.
2. Nature of the Service
Luxera Health Concierge provides international healthcare coordination and case preparation services.
Depending on the patient’s request and the available information, these services may include:

Collecting patient objectives and relevant background information

Coordinating the secure submission of medical records

Preparing case information for clinical review

Arranging review by qualified independent clinicians

Identifying potentially appropriate treatment or provider options

Supporting communication with doctors, hospitals and clinics

Coordinating administrative and international patient-service steps
Luxera uses Krinex Clinical to support the structured preparation, organization and review of case information.
3. Luxera Is Not a Healthcare Provider
Flytohealth Kft and Luxera Health Concierge are not hospitals, clinics, emergency medical services or treating healthcare providers.
Luxera does not independently diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, perform medical procedures or make final treatment decisions.
Clinical assessments, professional opinions, diagnoses, treatment recommendations, treatment eligibility decisions and medical procedures remain the responsibility of the relevant qualified clinicians and healthcare institutions.
4. Clinical Review and Human Oversight
Technology, including artificial intelligence, may support medical document processing, information organization, evidence preparation and workflow coordination.
Artificial intelligence does not independently issue a final clinical opinion or make an autonomous treatment decision through Luxera.
Where a clinical review or patient-facing clinical report is provided, the relevant professional conclusions are subject to review and approval by a qualified clinician. The reviewing clinician remains responsible for their professional judgment.
5. Separate Medical Intake Portal
The public Luxera website is a marketing and information website.
When a visitor selects “Start Your Case” or another medical-intake link, the visitor may be redirected to the secure Krinex Clinical portal operated by Flytohealth Kft.
The portal is a separate operational environment used for patient intake, document submission, case preparation, clinician review and report delivery.
Portal use is governed by separate Portal Terms, a separate Portal Privacy Notice and the consents presented during the medical-intake process.
6. Independent Clinicians and Healthcare Providers
Doctors, consultants, hospitals and clinics participating in a patient’s case may be independent professionals or independent healthcare organizations.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, they are not employees, agents or legal representatives of Flytohealth Kft.
Each clinician and healthcare institution is responsible for:

Professional licensing and authorization

Clinical assessment and medical judgment

Treatment eligibility

Informed consent for treatment

Medical procedures and follow-up care

Compliance with the laws applicable to their professional services
7. No Guarantee of Treatment or Outcome
Information provided through the website does not guarantee:

That a patient is eligible or suitable for a requested treatment

That treatment will be available within a particular period

That a visa or travel authorization will be granted

That a specific medical, functional, cosmetic or financial outcome will be achieved
Final eligibility and treatment decisions are made by the treating professionals and healthcare institutions after their own assessment.
8. Not an Emergency Service
Luxera Health Concierge is not an emergency medical service.
Anyone experiencing severe, rapidly worsening or potentially life-threatening symptoms should contact their local emergency services or seek urgent in-person medical care immediately.
The website, medical intake process and coordination service must not be used as a substitute for emergency care.
9. Website Information
Website content is provided for general information and service explanation. It does not constitute an individual medical diagnosis, prescription, treatment plan or guarantee.
Individual guidance can only be based on the information available for the relevant case and the assessment of the appropriate qualified professionals.
Flytohealth Kft may update, correct, remove or discontinue website content and functionality without prior notice.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Luxera name, website design, original text, graphics, logos, workflow illustrations and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Flytohealth Kft.
These materials may not be copied, adapted, republished or used commercially without prior written permission, except where applicable law permits such use.
“Krinex Clinical” and “Krinex AI” identify products and services operated by Flytohealth Kft.

Links to independent clinicians, hospitals, clinics or other third parties may be provided for information or coordination purposes.
Flytohealth Kft does not control independent third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices.
12. Applicable Law
This Legal Notice and use of the public website are governed by Hungarian law.
This does not limit any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that apply under European Union law or the law of a visitor’s habitual residence.
